“Choosing Between Current Leaderships”
It seems to me, we politically, are being driven to choose between Corruption and Incompetence or Weakness and Cluelessness. (PS. VOTE ANYWAY – OR, IT WILL BE DECIDED FOR YOU!!!)
“The Mountain and The Mouse”
The mountain has been there before the mouse and will probably be thereafter. But it is the mouse and its offspring that are in reality more powerful.
Incompetence, Impracticality, Corruption, and Failure, sometimes not such a ‘bad thing’!
Therefore, ironically, I sometimes wonder if it is not for the better or such a ‘bad thing,’ that either position is unable to fully realize or complete their full fantasy of goals. My immediate reasoning for this is that the one that could fully reach their fantasy of goals, might be the one that, I fear. And, even if it were the one that I agree with, there is always the danger that the side that I agree with would see their success as justification to go to the extreme.
“Coalitions and Alliances Crossing Over Borders in our New World”
Cross border factions are finding new alliances in the normally considered opposing nation. National boundaries are no longer absolute indicators of opposing forces. All sides are increasing with disruptions to traditional unity within nations. On a global scale how, the world will react to these new divisions and cross border alliances and support will be a true test for humanity and the future.
“Changes for A Learning Opportunity”
There are a lot of different changes happening in our world right now and they are being experienced simultaneously. And all these, can and often do, affect the courses and outcomes of one another, thus creating the whole. It is the cumulative combinations of these changes and how they impact one another that we tend to ignore, until it is too late.
A New Dark Age?
Are we on the cusp of another dark age, in comparison to where we currently stand?
The following does not even include the current strains and situations placed upon the world systems and networks of the economic, environmental, trade, food, and medical distribution. And differing positive and negative separates movements. Nor does it consider the instruction of the younger generations that are currently hampered due to our inability to adjust the times, of which the lasting effects remain to be seen. Even the argument of what is truth has become a point of debate for many.

Protecting Noble and Just Causes from the Extremist:
… When a message is defined by the extremist the meaning, importance, and often the validity of the message can become distorted and clouded behind the rhetoric and the image of the extremist. We cannot let ourselves or others be deceived by the extremist rhetoric. Common sense and practicalities can become lost when the extremist leads.
What I fear is that something that is important that needs to be protected will not be. …
Let me be very clear, I believe we currently need capitalism. We need capitalism to stimulate ingenuity, creativity, prevent slothfulness, stimulate livelihoods, et cetera. The simple motivation of the individual to increase their chances or better themselves cannot be lost or ignored either. However, capitalism is under threat. But when I hear people discussing this threat, I rarely hear proponents asking the tough question of how it is possible that some are so susceptible to socialism.
Unfortunately, in the minds of many people, capitalism has moved away from being a reward of motivation to better themselves or their situations, and a means for conquering challenges, encouraging ingenuity, hard work, and industriousness. Instead, it has become perceived as a means …
… In these times we cannot afford for capitalism to become tarnished. Unless we police ourselves, many more may very well begin to abandon it.
Dangers of the Slippery Slope
Sometimes the gradual implementation is more concerning than the spur of the moment. The spur of the moment action has less true forethought and can be brought into the light for response easier than the gradual action that has an implanted foothold. The gradual indoctrination and justification into anything can be slow, incremental, and of negligible concern until it is too late. The gradual chain of events and eventualities that branch from the slow and incremental implementation can have more forethought, be more insidious, and have stronger foundations than the spur of the moment action. These gradual or justifiable changes can be easily implemented as reactionary or precautionary measures. However, they often all have the same disastrous consequences as the spur of the moment actions.
It is the gradual acceptance and normalization of the extremes by the more moderate of us that is most dangerous. …
Rise and Consequence of the Radical or Extremist
The creation of the radical or extremist is not an accident. We can create the extremist initially through our actions or inactions. And what is worse is that the insertion of any extremist has the tendency to exacerbate situations and encourage and embolden other extremists on all sides. In fact, extremism on either side will eventually bring more extremism from both sides. Even the presence of the extremist can invite the opposite extremist.
Combating the extremist with the opposite extremism only invites more extremists and extremism on both sides. … Just as one may take a large handful of something as they reach into a covered bowl, hoping to retain a few or the select items that they want. They may grab for the handful, in the extremist, in the hope that a few may remain.
… With the rhetoric of the extremist, practicality and even morality can become secondary. No matter where your loyalties or beliefs lie, the majority, and especially those that follow, will eventually pay the price for the extremists.
